AT&T Stadium in Arlington is co-host a total of nine matches including the semifinal for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Other countries that will co-host the World Cup will be Mexico and Canada. This tournament will be a final appearance for iconic players such as Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, Luka Modric, Kevin De Bruyne and Sadio Mané. Big stars who will be missing the World Cup will be Neymar Jr., Robert Lewandowski, Gianluigi Donnarumma and Victor Osimhen.
Along with the final appearances of well-known players, a historic moment will happenat the same time with Mexico becoming the first nation to host three men’s World Cup (1970, 1986, 2026), Canada hosting this event for the first time and the United States hosting for the second time after 1994.
The finals of the World Cup will be played on July 19 in New York and New Jersey. Since the event is divided amongst three counties, it will also be taking place in 16 different cities, including(Canada) Toronto, Vancouver, (Mexico) Guadalajara, Mexico City, Monterrey, (United States) Atlanta, Boston, Dallas, Houston, Kansas City, Los Angeles, Miami, New York New Jersey, Philadelphia, the San Francisco Bay Area and Seattle.
The stadiums used as venues for Canada are the Toronto Stadium and BC Place Vancouver. For Mexico the stadiums are the Mexico City Stadium, Estadio Guadalajara and Estadio Monterrey, and in the United States, Atlanta Stadium, Boston Stadium, Dallas Stadium, Houston Stadium, Kansas City Stadium, Los Angeles Stadium, Miami Stadium, New York New Jersey Stadium, Philadelphia Stadium, the San Francisco Bay Area Stadium and Seattle Stadium were chosen.
