The opening of Endless Cafe and Wellness located in Seagoville, Texas has gained attention for being a local latina family-based shop. Ebelyn Rojas, one of the founders of Endless Cafe and Wellness, shared that the shop is owned by four sisters including herself. “We come from a family of entrepreneurs, so we know how business works,” Rojas said.“We’re always trying to find fun ideas to build on. Landing on the idea of starting a coffee shop began as a vision and soon became reality when they “waited patiently to pursue [the opening] until the time felt right.”
Rojas expressed that, when starting a business, you have to do what you can to pursue your goal. “To be honest, you’re never ready, you’re never going to be prepared. So we just went forward and said ‘okay, let’s do it.’” Rojas explained that, when starting a business, an owner must do a lot of research when it comes to coffee machines, beans, renovations and getting the flavor of their drinks perfect.“It took time and a lot of trying and tasting different combinations.we also travel a lot so we tasted different flavors and places to know what we didn’t want in our coffee, smoothies and juices,” she added.
The name “Endless Cafe and Wellness” carries a deep personal significance. It honors one of the most treasured quarter horses in this journey. “[She was] a remarkable mare known for her speed, strength and spirit,” Rojas said.“With over 25 years in the horse racing industry, we wanted to carry a piece of that legacy into this new chapter. Discipline, excellence and heart. So that’s how the name came about.”
The sisters said they travel a lot, which allows them to experience more coffee culture — some exceptional and others ordinary. They each have learned what defines a remarkable, memorable space: high quality, intention and atmosphere. Rojas added, “Endless Cafe and Wellness was created to reflect the very best of those experiences with thoughtful ideas, elevated flavors and a welcoming environment.” Their goal is to serve the community that is around them and to make their shop as local as possible for those who do not have to drive out to the city or further to enjoy a cup of coffee and a relaxing space.
“This space is a reflection of who we are, our work ethic, experiences and our passion for creating something meaningful with our community. Every cup we serve represents dedication, heritage and the pursuit of excellence,” Rojas said.

The first time I went to this cafe, I went with a friend and I loved the environment. The place is very snug and welcoming. I will come here often for some more drinks and do some homework.
