The 2020 Texas State Fair had to be canceled because of COVID-19, but Big Tex arrived at Fair Park Sept. 16 in preparation for photo-and-food drive-thru events that will be held every weekend until Oct. 18. Et Cetera photographer Marlenne Hernandez captured photos of the installation of the world’s tallest cowboy.
