Dallas College Mountain View celebrated Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) by holding a festival inside its courtyard for students and faculty members on Nov. 2.  The festival featured an altar competition, live music and a performance of La Danza de Venado (Dance of the Dear).  Food and items customary to the tradition of the holiday were sold during the event.
